Rhino Shield is independantly tested by BASF. The process begins with a thourough inspection and preparation of all surfaces to be coated. The coating process begins with a first coat of waterproofing adhesive primer, second coat (optional) is a dedicated ceramic mid coat to increase mil thickness and lessen the thermal conduction through the walls and then is followed by our Ceramic Finish Coat. With the use of our Adhesive Primer and the mil thickness, Rhino Shield is suitable for encapsulating lead paint and asbestos. The features include: Class A Fire Rating, Salt Tolerance Testing, Dry and Wet Adhesion Testing, Vapor Permability Testing, Accelerated Weathering Testing, Testing for Tensile Strength, Flexability, Tear Resistance and resistant to mold and mildew and resistant to color fade. Most testing was done by BASF. Southeast Coatings,Inc. is the distributer and installer from Macon,Ga. to Columbus, Ga. Metro Atlanta to the Tenn. Valley area. Based on the accelerated weaathering tests we offer a 25 year warranty on any issues concerning the product and workmanship.
